The Ministry of Finance placed war bonds for UAH 2.6 billion and USD 275 million.

This is stated in the message of the Ministry of Finance, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

In particular, securities with a circulation period of 6 months were placed at UAH 2,402 million at 14% per annum, 1.2 years - for UAH 96 million at 18.5% per annum, 2 years - for UAH 77 million at 19.5% per annum.

Dollar securities have a circulation period of 6 months (USD 258 million) and 1 year (USD 17 million) and a yield of 4.25% and 4.5% per annum, respectively.

In total, UAH 12,637 million in equivalent was attracted into the state budget.

On November 8, the Ministry of Finance placed war bonds for UAH 43.7 million, which is the smallest amount since the beginning of the war.

Before that, the smallest amount was raised on October 4 - UAH 44.5 million.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Ministry of Finance reported that war bonds are primarily a tool to support the state budget during a full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, and not a tool to maximize income from investment activities, so rates from war government bonds remain fixed.

On September 16, the Cabinet of Ministers introduced the opportunity to purchase war bonds through the Diia application.
