As of the morning of Monday, December 26, the Ukrainian military eliminated 550 Russian soldiers per day. The total number of losses of the Russian army since the beginning of the invasion is 102,600 troops.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total combat losses of the enemy as at December 26 were approximately:
- personnel - about 102,600 (+ 550) people eliminated,
- tanks - 3,016 (+ 5) units,
- armored fighting vehicles - 6,017 (+ 7) units,
- artillery systems - 1,996 (+ 5) units,
- MLRS - 418 (+ 0) units,
- air defense systems - 212 (+ 0) units,
- aircraft - 283 (+ 0) units,
- helicopters - 267 (+ 0) units,
- operational-tactical level UAVs - 1,707 (+ 1),
- cruise missiles - 653 (+ 0),
- ships/boats - 16 (+ 0) units,
- vehicles and tank trucks - 4,647 (+ 12) units,
- special equipment - 178 (+ 0).
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on Sunday, the defenders of Ukraine hit five control points and the area of concentration of Russians. Meanwhile, the occupiers hit dozens of peaceful cities.
The AFU also hit the headquarters of the invaders in the area of Zabaryne, Kherson Region, where a meeting of officers was held, up to 70 enemy soldiers were injured.
