3 More Vessels Departed From Ukrainian Sea Ports Through Grain Corridor - Infrastructure Ministry

On December 8, three more ships with 78,600 tons of agricultural products left for the countries of Africa and Asia from the sea trade ports of Great Odesa.

This was announced by the Ministry of Infrastructure, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

"3 ships with 78,600 tons of agricultural products for Africa and Asia left the ports of Great Odesa. Among them is the bulker FULMAR S with 11,500 tons of agricultural products for Egypt. Currently, 20 ships are being processed in the ports of Great Odesa. They are being loaded 557,400 tons of Ukrainian agricultural products. 4 ships are moving along the grain corridor to load 80,000 tons of agricultural products," the statement says.

It is noted that since August 1, 531 ships left the ports of Great Odesa, which exported 13.3 million tons of Ukrainian food to the countries of Asia, Europe and Africa.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on November 17, Minister of Infrastructure Oleksandr Kubrakov announced that the Initiative for safe transportation of agricultural products across the Black Sea has been extended for another 120 days.

On August 5, the first caravan with Ukrainian grain left the sea ports of Odesa and Chornomorsk.

On July 22, in Istanbul, at the proposal of the UN, Ukraine, Turkey and the Secretary General of the United Nations Organization, Antonio Guterres, signed the Initiative on the safe transportation of grain and food products from the Ukrainian ports of Odesa, Chornomorsk and Yuzhny.
