The Armed Forces of Ukraine over the past day eliminated another 400 Russian invaders. In total, the aggressor country during the full-scale war against Ukraine lost about 85,000 of its military. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total combat losses of the enemy from February 242 to November 22 were approximately:
- tanks ‒ 2,895 (+ 3) units,
- armored fighting vehicles ‒ 5,827 (+ 5) units,
- artillery systems - 1,882 (+ 12) units,
- MLRS - 395 (+ 2) units,
- air defense systems ‒ 209 (+ 0) units,
- aircraft - 278 (+ 0) units,
- helicopters - 261 (+ 0) units,
- UAVs of operational and tactical level - 1,537 (+ 0),
- cruise missiles ‒ 480 (+ 0),
- ships/boats ‒ 16 (+ 0) units,
- vehicles and tank trucks - 4,393 (+ 15) units,
- special equipment ‒ 161 (+ 0).
The enemy suffered the greatest losses in the Bakhmut and Lyman directions, the General Staff notes.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, over the past day, November 21, the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled the attacks of the invaders in the areas of 13 settlements of the Luhansk and Donetsk Regions.
On November 22, the Russian occupiers fired artillery at several communities of the Sumy Region.
In addition, on the night of November 22, the Russian military fired on the Nikopol district of the Dnipropetrovsk Region.
