This is stated in the message of the DTEK Kyiv Grids, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

"On October 28, from 8:25 a.m., by the order of the Ukrenergo national energy company, emergency power outages continue. Due to significant damage and imbalance in the power system, more long-term power outages may be used. The situation in the power system is tense. We ask you to support energy workers in the fight on energy front. To do this, consume electricity moderately- switch on energy-intensive devices in turn, reduce the electricity consumption in the morning from 06:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and in the evening from 05:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.," the message reads.

Business clients are asked to limit the use of external lighting of offices, restaurants, shopping malls.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Russian invaders again struck the facilities of energy infrastructure, as a result of the shelling damaged the main network in the central regions.
