Another 7 Ships Depart From Ukrainian Sea Ports Through Grain Corridor - Infrastructure Ministry

On Tuesday, October 11, seven more ships with 177,500 tons of agricultural products left for the countries of Africa, Asia and Europe from the commercial sea ports of Odesa, Chornomorsk and Yuzhny.

This was announced by the Ministry of Infrastructure, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

"On October 11, as part of the implementation of the Grain Initiative, 7 ships left the ports of Odesa, Yuzhny and Chornomorsk. On board they were 177,500 tons of agricultural products for the countries of Africa, Asia and Europe. Among them was the bulk carrier SEA PEARL J, which will deliver 30,000 tons of wheat to Tunisia. Also, the vessels LUCKY TRADER and ERDEK departed from the berths of the Odesa and Yuzhny ports, respectively. The bulk carriers HAZAR S, SEA PEARL J, INCE EVRENYE, MILINA, MAGNUM POWER departed from the Chornomorsk port," the statement reads.

According to the statement, since the departure of the first ship with Ukrainian food, 7 million tons of agricultural products have been exported.

A total of 316 ships left Ukrainian ports with food, which was sent to the countries of Asia, Europe and Africa.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on October 9, 13 more ships with food left the ports of the Odesa Region as part of the grain corridor.

On August 5, the first caravan with Ukrainian grain left the sea ports of Odesa and Chornomorsk.
