Over the past day, October 9, the Ukrainian military liquidated another 370 Russian occupiers. The total number of losses of the Russian army since the beginning of the invasion is 62,870 soldiers.
This is reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The enemy suffered the greatest losses in the Kryvyi Rih and Kramatorsk directions.
The total combat losses of the enemy as of October 10 approximately amounted to:
- personnel - about 62,870 (+370);
- tanks - 2,495 (+9);
- combat armored vehicles - 5,149 (+16);
- artillery systems - 1,486 (+9);
- MLRS - 353 (+5);
- air defense systems - 181 (+1);
- aircraft - 267 (+1);
- helicopters - 235 (+0);
- UAVs of operational-tactical level - 1,097 (+11);
- cruise missiles - 249 (+2);
- ships/boats - 15 (+0);
- automotive equipment and tank trucks - 3,908 (+18);
- special equipment - 136 (+0).
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on October 4, losses of personnel of Russian troops increased by 200 to 61,000 killed, equipment - by 4 helicopters and 11 tanks.
Losses of personnel of the Russian troops on October 5 increased by 330 to 61,330 killed, and the Ukrainian military also destroyed 14 tanks and 15 drones.
