AFU Destroy 400 Occupiers, Helicopter And 9 Tanks. General Staff Names Russian Losses Per Day

The Armed Forces of Ukraine last day eliminated 400 more Russian occupiers. In total, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Russian losses amounted to 55,510 troops.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces on Facebook.

The occupiers suffered the greatest losses in the past day in the Kramatorsk and Donetsk directions.

The total combat losses of Russia as of September 22 were approximately:

• personnel - about 55,510 (+ 400) people eliminated;
• tanks - 2,236 (+ 9);
• armored fighting vehicles - 4,776 (+ 28);
• artillery systems - 1,341 (+ 1);
• MLRS - 318 (+ 0);
• air defense systems - 169 (+ 1);
• aircraft - 253 (+ 0);
• helicopters - 218 (+ 1);
• operational-tactical level drones - 941 (+ 9);
• cruise missiles - 240 (+ 1);
• ships/boats - 15 (+ 0);
• vehicles and tank trucks - 3,630 (+ 20);
• special equipment - 125 (+ 0).

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on September 18, the losses of personnel of Russian troops increased by 170 to 54,650 killed, equipment - by 2 tanks and 2 drones.

On September 19, the losses of Russian troops increased by 160 to 54,810 killed, and the Ukrainian military destroyed 1 aircraft, 6 multiple launch rocket systems and 5 drones over the day.
