On September 12, losses of personnel of the Russian troops increased by 350 to 53,300 killed, and the Ukrainian military destroyed 1 aircraft, 7 tanks and 17 cruise missiles over the past day.
This is stated in the message of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
During the day, the enemy lost 1 aircraft (total - 244), 7 tanks (total - 2,175), 22 armored fighting vehicles (total - 4,662), 10 artillery systems (total - 1,279), 3 means of air defense (total - 165), 6 units of automobile equipment and tankers (total - 3,469), 1 drone (total - 904) and 17 cruise missiles (total - 233).
Since the beginning of the war, the enemy has also lost 213 helicopters, 311 units of jet artillery, 117 units of special equipment and 15 ships/boats.
The enemy suffered the greatest losses in the Kharkiv and Donetsk directions.
