On August 29, losses of the personnel of the Russian troops increased by 450 to 47,550 killed, also the Ukrainian military last day destroyed 1 helicopter, 19 artillery systems and 2 air defense systems.
This is stated in the message of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
During the day, the enemy lost 1 helicopter (total 204), 7 tanks (total 1,954), 25 armored fighting vehicles (total 4,294), 19 artillery systems (total 1,079), 3 units of rocket artillery (total 282), 2 air defense systems (total - 151), 29 units of automobile equipment and tankers (total - 3,217), 2 units of special equipment (total - 103) and 3 drones (total - 847).
Since the beginning of the war, the enemy has also lost 234 aircraft, 196 cruise missiles and 15 ships/boats.
The enemy suffered the greatest losses in the Donetsk and Kurakhiv directions.
