Russia’s Losses Troops For August 23 Increase By 150 To 45,700 Killed, Equipment By 1 Helicopter And 3 Tanks

The losses of personnel of Russian troops on August 23 increased by 150 to 45,700 killed, and the Ukrainian military destroyed 1 helicopter and 3 tanks last day.

This is stated in the message of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

The enemy lost 1 helicopter per day (total - 199), 3 tanks (total - 1,924), 5 armored fighting vehicles (total - 4,243), 3 artillery systems (total - 1,036), 1 air defense system (total - 147), 10 vehicles and tank trucks (total - 3,160) and 2 drones (total - 819).

Since the beginning of the war, the enemy has also lost 234 aircraft, 266 units of MLRS, 99 units of special equipment, 196 cruise missiles and 15 ships/boats.

The enemy suffered the greatest losses in the Donetsk direction

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on August 22, the losses of personnel of Russian troops increased by 150 to 45,550 killed, equipment - by 8 armored vehicles and 2 cruise missiles.
