Papers in foreign currency were not offered.

As reported by Ukrainian News Agency, the Ministry of Finance previously announced that war bonds are primarily a tool to support the state budget during a full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, and not a tool for maximizing income from investment activities, therefore military bond rates remain fixed.

On March 22, 2022, the National Bank started publishing statistics of the NBU depository on war bonds on a weekly basis.
