MHP shares continue to fall for 2nd week in a row

Quotations of shares of Kyiv-based MHP (Mironivsky Hliboproduct), one of the largest poultry meat producers, at the London Stock Exchange have been falling for the second week in a row and from August 15 to 19 decreased by 2.5% or USD 0.10 to USD 3.90 per share.

This is stated in the company's information on the exchange's website, Ukrainian News reports.

According to her, on August 15, the company's stock was quoted at USD 4.00 per share, on August 16, it rose to USD 4.10 per share, but on August 17, the stock fell to USD 3.94 per share.

However, on August 18, quotes rose to USD 3.95 per share, but fell to USD 3.90 per share on August 19.

Deals were made throughout the week.

Since the beginning of the year, the quotations of the company's shares have decreased by 42.0% (compared to the quotation level on January 4 - USD 6.72 per share).

As reported by Ukrainian News Agency, MHP shares fell 10.1% or USD 0.45 to USD 4.00 per share from August 8 to 12 after a four-week decline.

For 2021, MHP shares are up 14.1% or USD 0.84 per share to USD 6.78 per share.

On February 2, 2021, the Myronivskyi Hliboproduct company officially changed its legal name to MHP.

MHP is a vertically integrated complex of enterprises for the production of chicken, hatching eggs, and fodder, engages in crop cultivation, cultivating 360,000 hectares of land, and produces chicken meat under the name Nasha Riaba.

At the end of August 2021, MHP decided to abandon the use of the Nasha Riaba logo and in early September sold 20 digital copies of the Nasha Riaba logo for 160,000 hryvnias.

However, on September 16, the MHP company announced that it had decided not to abandon the use of the Nasha Riaba logo.
