On August 15, losses of personnel of the Russian troops increased by 150 to 43,900 killed, and the Ukrainian military also destroyed 1 helicopter, 4 tanks and 3 cruise missiles over the past day.
This is stated in the message of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
During the past day, the enemy lost 1 helicopter (total - 196), 4 tanks (total - 1,880), 11 armored combat vehicles (total - 4,152), 4 artillery systems (total - 989), 2 units of rocket artillery (total - 263), 5 units of automobile equipment and tankers (total - 3,049), 3 cruise missiles (total - 190) and 3 drones (total - 790).
Since the beginning of the war, the enemy has also lost 233 aircraft, 136 anti-aircraft defenses, 92 units of special equipment and 15 ships/boats.
The enemy suffered the greatest losses in the Donetsk direction.
