The Russian army is conducting an active offensive in the Eastern Operational Zone in order to establish full control of the territory of Donetsk, Luhansk and Kherson regions and maintain a land corridor with the temporarily occupied Crimea. The occupiers began to regroup troops in the Sloviyansk direction in order to resume the offensive on Barvenkove and Sloviyansk. Whereas in the Lyman direction the enemy crossed the Siverskyi Donets River in order to bring in the main forces and resort to attacks.

It is noted that in the Volyn, Polisskyi and Siverskyi directions, certain units of the Belarusian Armed Forces continue to perform tasks to strengthen the Ukrainian-Belarusian border in the Brest and Gomel regions. A threat of missile and bomb strikes on targets in Ukraine from Belarusian territory remains.
At the checkpoints and in the border areas of the Bryansk and Kursk oblasts of the Russian Federation there are reinforced detachments of the FSB border service, as well as units of the Russian armed forces. In addition, the invaders carried out artillery shelling of settlements in the Horodnia district of Chernihiv region and launched an airstrike on a settlement in the Shostka district of Sumy region.
In the Slobozhanskyi direction, the enemy is regrouping troops in order to prevent further advancement of our troops in the direction of the state border of Ukraine. In areas north of Kharkov, it fires artillery at units of our troops in order to inflict losses in manpower, weapons and military equipment.
In the Sloviyansk direction, the invaders are regrouping troops to resume the offensive on Barvenkove and Sloviyansk. To reinforce the advanced units, the enemy moved the battalion tactical group.
In order to replenish the affected units and provide logistical support for the grouping of troops, the enemy moved about 300 pieces of weapons and military equipment to a certain area.
In the Donetsk direction, the enemy units are trying to develop offensive operations in the Lyman, Severodonetsk, Bakhmut, Avdiyivka and Kurakhove directions. The main task remains the establishment of full control over Rubizhne, the capture of Lyman and Severodonetsk.
In the Lyman direction, the enemy crossed the Siverskyi Donets River to bring in the main forces and carry out attacks. In the direction of Siversk, he is advancing towards Zelena Dolyna and Novoselivka. Hostilities are underway.
To ensure overcoming the water obstacle, the aggressor from the territory of the Russian Federation in the direction of Kreminna transferred the equipment of the pontoon-bridge park.
In the Severodonetsk direction, the invaders are attacking in the direction of Kudriashivka, Severodonetsk, with partial success.
In the Bakhmut direction, they are conducting assault operations in the direction of Pervomaiske, Kamyshuvakha, the fighting continues.
In Mariupol, the main efforts of the invaders are focused on blocking and trying to destroy our units in the area of the Azovstal plant. The enemy does not stop inflicting air strikes.
In the Zaporizhzhia direction, the invaders fired at subdivisions of our troops from high-capacity cannon artillery and multiple launch rocket systems. In the Pivdennyi Buh and Tavriiskyi directions - they are trying to improve their tactical position.
In the Mykolayiv and Kryvyi Rih directions, the enemy continues shelling the positions of Ukrainian troops. In order to identify changes in the position of the Defense Forces, it conducts aerial reconnaissance, including using UAVs.
In addition, in the Mykolayiv direction, in the area of Nova Kakhovka, the enemy is preparing engineering units for building pontoon-bridge crossings.
In the Tavriiskyi direction, Russian troops carried out resupply and demonstration actions in order to fetter the actions of our troops. But in the Besarabskyi direction, the situation has not undergone significant changes.
Recall that on May 9, CNN, citing a high-ranking official of the U.S. Department of Defense, reported that among the Russian military, cases of refusal to obey the orders of the command began to be recorded.
Meanwhile, Ukraine has regained control over 1,200 kilometers of the state border.
