Losses of personnel of Russian troops for April 10 increased by 200 to 19,500 killed, and the Ukrainian military over the past day destroyed 3 enemy tanks and 2 aircraft.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces has said this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The enemy lost 2 aircraft (154 in total), 3 tanks (725 in total), 12 armored fighting vehicles (1,923 in total), 5 artillery systems (347 in total), and 3 units of automobile equipment (1,387 in total) over the day.
Since the beginning of the war, the enemy has also lost 25 units of special equipment, 76 tanks with fuel and lubricants, 119 operational-tactical UAVs, 7 ships and boats, 55 air defense systems, 111 MLRS units, 137 helicopters, 4 operational-tactical missile system launchers.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that the military leadership of Russia is trying to replenish the losses of officers at the expense of officers of higher military educational institutions.
Also on Sunday, April 10, the Ukrainian military destroyed 11 air targets of the invaders.
Meanwhile, the Russian Federation is preparing for an offensive operation in the east of Ukraine. The head of the President's Office, Andrii Yermak, believes that the battle for the Donbas will determine the further course of the war.
