Russian troops have shelled a column of civilians during the evacuation from the village of Peremoha in Kyiv region, 1 child and 6 women were killed.
The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense has said this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
"On March 11, when trying to evacuate from the village of Peremoha (the Baryshivskyi district of Kyiv region) towards the village of Ostroluchchia along the agreed “green" corridor, the invaders shelled a column of civilians, which consisted exclusively of women and children. The result of this brutal act was seven killed. One of them is a child. The exact number of wounded is still unknown," the statement says.
After the shelling, the invaders forced the remnants of the column to return to the village of Peremoha and do not let them out of the village.
At present, it is almost impossible to establish communication, as well as to provide humanitarian and medical assistance.
As Ukrainian News Agency reported, on March 11, Russian troops shelled the humanitarian routes from Mariupol, Volnovakha, Izium, Mykulychyn, Andriivka, Makariv and Borodianka.
