On November 24, the number of newly-registered Covid-19 cases in Ukraine rose by 16,943 over November 23 to 3,384,404, and the number of deaths increased by 628 over November 23 to 83,541; at the same time, the number of new cases increased by 18.3%, and the number of new deaths increased by 5.5%.
This follows from data of the Ministry of Health, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
According to the report, as of the morning of November 24, a total of 3,384,404 laboratory-confirmed Covid-19 cases were registered in Ukraine; the number included 83,541 deaths; 2,852,452 had recovered.
On November 24, a total of 16,943 new disease cases were recorded, 628 people died, and 26,811 people recovered.
Therefore, as of November 24, the number of newly infected people was lower than that of those who recovered (16,943 vs 26,811).
At the same time, on November 24, a total of 3,404 coronavirus-infected people were hospitalized, down 16.5% over November 23.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on November 23, the number of newly-registered Covid-19 cases in Ukraine rose by 14,325 over November 22 to 3,367,461, and the number of deaths increased by 595 over November 22 to 82,913; at the same time, the number of new cases increased by 12.5%, and the number of new deaths decreased by 17.4%.
On November 22, the number of newly-registered Covid-19 cases in Ukraine rose by 12,729 over November 21 to 3,353,136, and the number of deaths increased by 720 over November 21 to 82,318; at the same time, the number of new cases increased by 70.5%, and the number of new deaths rose 2.2 times.
