On November 22, the number of newly-registered Covid-19 cases in Ukraine rose by 12,729 over November 21 to 3,353,136, and the number of deaths increased by 720 over November 21 to 82,318; at the same time, the number of new cases increased by 70.5%, and the number of new deaths rose 2.2 times.
This follows from data of the Ministry of Health, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
According to the report, as of the morning of November 22, a total of 3,353,136 laboratory-confirmed Covid-19 cases were registered in Ukraine; the number included 82,318 deaths; 2,796,597 had recovered.
On November 22, a total of 12,729 new disease cases were recorded, 720 people died, and 23,107 people recovered.
Therefore, as of November 22, the number of newly infected people was lower than that of those who recovered (12,729 vs 23,107).
At the same time, on November 22, a total of 2,055 coronavirus-infected people were hospitalized, down 17.8% over November 21.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, on November 21, the number of newly-registered Covid-19 cases in Ukraine rose by 7,464 over November 20 to 3,340,407, and the number of deaths increased by 326 over November 20 to 81,598; at the same time, the number of new cases decreased by 29.8%, and the number of new deaths decreased by 13.5%.
On November 20, the number of newly-registered Covid-19 cases in Ukraine rose by 10,635 over November 19 to 3,332,943, and the number of deaths increased by 377 over November 19 to 81,272; at the same time, the number of new cases decreased by 41.7%, and the number of new deaths decreased by 43.2%.
