Number Of New Covid-19 Cases Up 39.6% To 19,455, Number Of Deaths Up 2.3 Times To 700 On November 1

On November 1, the number of newly-registered Covid-19 cases in Ukraine rose by 19,455 over October 31 to 2,955,693, and the number of deaths increased by 700 over October 31 to 68,727; at the same time, the number of new cases increased by 39.6%, and the number of new deaths rose 2.3 times.

This follows from data of the Ministry of Health, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

According to the report, as of the morning of November 1, a total of 2,955,693 laboratory-confirmed Covid-19 cases were registered in Ukraine; the number included 68,727 deaths; 2,454,737 had recovered.

On November 1, a total of 19,455 new disease cases were recorded, 700 people died, and 12,639 people recovered.

Therefore, as of November 1, the number of newly infected people was higher than that of those who recovered (19,455 vs 12,639).

At the same time, on November 1, a total of 3,188 coronavirus-infected people were hospitalized, up 16.7% over October 31.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on October 31, the number of newly-registered Covid-19 cases in Ukraine rose by 13,936 over October 30 to 2,936,238, and the number of deaths increased by 298 over October 30 to 68,027; at the same time, the number of new cases decreased by 20%, and the number of new deaths decreased by 11.3%.

On October 30, the number of newly-registered Covid-19 cases in Ukraine rose by 17,430 over October 29 to 2,922,302, and the number of deaths increased by 336 over October 29 to 67,729; at the same time, the number of new cases decreased by 33.5%, and the number of new deaths decreased by 37.9%.
