Number Of New Covid-19 Cases Down 35.3% To 3,007, Number Of Deaths Up 36.2% To 94 On September 26

On September 26, the number of newly-registered Covid-19 cases in Ukraine rose by 3,007 over September 25 to 2,395,404, and the number of deaths increased by 94 over September 25 to 55,720; at the same time, the number of new cases decreased by 35.3%, and the number of new deaths increased by 36.2%.

The Ministry of Health has said this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

According to the report, as of the morning of September 27, a total of 2,395,404 laboratory-confirmed Covid-19 cases were registered in Ukraine; the number included 55,720 fatal cases; 2,245,144 had recovered.

On September 26, a total of 3,007 new disease cases were recorded, 94 people died, and 952 people recovered.

Therefore, as of September 26, the number of newly infected people was higher than that of those who recovered (3,007 vs 952).

At the same time, on September 26, a total of 1,478 coronavirus-infected people were hospitalized, down 36.4% over September 25.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on September 25, the number of newly-registered Covid-19 cases in Ukraine rose by 4,647 over September 24 to 2,392,397, and the number of deaths increased by 69 over September 24 to 55,626; at the same time, the number of new cases decreased by 43.8%, and the number of new deaths decreased by 48.1%.

On September 24, the number of newly-registered Covid-19 cases in Ukraine rose by 8,267 over September 23 to 2,387,750, and the number of deaths increased by 133 over September 23 to 55,557; at the same time, the number of new cases decreased by 8.7%, and the number of new deaths decreased by 5%.
