Number Of New Covid-19 Cases Up 18.3% To 737, Number Of New Lethal Cases Down 15% To 17 On July 15

On July 15, the number of newly-registered Covid-19 cases in Ukraine rose by 737 over July 14 to 2,243,605, and the number of deaths increased by 17 over July 14 to 52,702; at the same time, the number of new cases rose 18.3%, and the number of new lethal cases decreased 15%.

The Ministry of Health has said this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

According to the report, as of the morning of July 14, a total of 2,243,605 laboratory-confirmed Covid-19 cases were registered in Ukraine; the number included 52,702 fatal cases; 2,180,281 people had recovered.

On July 15, a total of 737 new disease cases were recorded, 17 people died, and 616 people recovered.

Therefore, as of July 15, the number of newly infected people was higher than that of those who recovered (616 vs 737).

At the same time, on July 15, a total of 422 coronavirus-infected people were hospitalized, up 9% over July 14.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on July 14, the number of newly-registered Covid-19 cases in Ukraine rose by 623 over July 13 to 2,242,868, and the number of deaths increased by 20 over July 13 to 52,685; at the same time, the number of new cases rose by 14%, and the number of new lethal cases decreased 20%.

On July 13, the number of newly-registered Covid-19 cases in Ukraine rose by 547 over July 12 to 2,242,245, and the number of deaths increased by seven over July 12 to 52,665; at the same time, the number of new cases rose 13.7%, and the number of new lethal cases decreased 30.6%.
