Number Of New Covid-19 Cases Up 14% To 623, Number Of New Lethal Cases Down 20% To 20 On July 14

On July 14, the number of newly-registered Covid-19 cases in Ukraine rose by 623 over July 13 to 2,242,868, and the number of deaths increased by 20 over July 13 to 52,685; at the same time, the number of new cases rose by 14%, and the number of new lethal cases decreased 20%.

The Ministry of Health has said this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

According to the report, as of the morning of July 15, a total of 2,242,868 laboratory-confirmed Covid-19 cases were registered in Ukraine; the number included 52,685 fatal cases; 2,179,665 people had recovered.

On July 14, a total of 623 new disease cases were recorded, 20 people died, and 589 people recovered.

Therefore, as of July 14, the number of those who recovered was lower than the number of new infected people (589 vs 623).

At the same time, on July 14, a total of 387 coronavirus-infected people were hospitalized, down 5.4% over July 13.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on July 13, the number of newly-registered Covid-19 cases in Ukraine rose by 547 over July 12 to 2,242,245, and the number of deaths increased by seven over July 12 to 52,665; at the same time, the number of new cases rose 13.7%, and the number of new lethal cases decreased 30.6%.

On July 12, the number of newly-registered Covid-19 cases in Ukraine rose by 481 over July 11 to 2,241,698, and the number of deaths increased by seven over July 11 to 52,640; at the same time, the number of new cases rose 2.8 times, and the number of new lethal cases rose 5.4 times.
