Health Ministry Classifies 74 Countries In "Red Zone" For COVID-19 Spread

The Ministry of Health as of January 29 classified 74 countries in the "red zone" in terms of the prevalence of the COVID-19 coronavirus disease.

The ministry has said this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

At the same time, there is no data on the spread of coronavirus infection regarding 11 states that fell into the "red zone".

In particular, the countries of the "red zone" include Mexico, Brazil, Albania, Belarus, Ireland, United Kingdom, Serbia, North Macedonia, Slovenia, United States, Montenegro, Croatia, Seychelles, open for Ukrainian tourists, as well as Canada, Germany, Czech Republic, Georgia, Italy, Cyprus, Israel, Russia, France, Poland, Spain, Tunisia, closed for Ukrainian tourists.

The countries of the "green zone" include Armenia, Bulgaria, Turkey, Iran, Bahamas, Iraq, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Comoros, Maldives, Kenya, open for Ukrainian tourists, as well as China and Greece, closed for Ukrainian tourists.

In Ukraine, the incidence rate for the last 14 days per 100,000 of the population is 169.7.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Georgia intends to resume international flights, including with Ukraine, from February 1.
