Police Open No Case Upon Kernes’ Death

The police have not opened any criminal case upon the fact of the death of Kharkiv city mayor, Hennadii Kernes, in the Federal Republic of Germany.

Ukrainian News agency learned this from the police of Kharkiv region.

At the same time, the police said that they had information about Kernes’ death.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Kharkiv City Council Secretary, Ihor Terekhov, will remain acting Kharkiv city mayor over Kharkiv city mayor Hennadii Kernes’ death.

At the same time, he failed to comment on calling of repeat city mayoral election in Kharkiv.
