Law Enforcers Take Electronic Ankle Tracking Device Off Kherson Regional Council Chairperson Manher, Return His Passport

Law enforcers have taken the electronic ankle tracking device off chairperson of the Kherson Regional Council, Vladyslav Manher, suspected of organizing the assassination of acting office manager of the Kherson City Council / anticorruption activist, Kateryna Handziuk, and returned him his foreign passport.

Ukrainian News agency learnt this from lawyer Dmytro Ilchenko.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, a court has refused to extend the measure of restraint for Manher.
