On Friday, February 1, Ukraine is expected to pay about USD 66 million to the International Monetary Fund (IMF). This follows from the data posted on the official website of the IMF, Ukrainian News Agency reports. On February 1, Ukraine will have to pay the IMF 47.142 million in special drawing rights or about USD 66 million. The next payment will have to take place on February 5 and will make 257.25 million in special drawing rights under the stand-by program. Overall amount Ukraine owes to the IMF in 2019 makes over USD 1.8 billion. As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, according to the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, in 2019, Ukraine will have to pay UAH 150.13 billion or USD 5.4 billion on foreign debts.
