Prosecutors have appealed against a decision of the Holosiivskyi District Court of Kyiv to select home arrest as a measure of preventive punishment for seven men suspected of attacking a group of journalists of the Stop Corruption television show.
Nadiya Maksymets, the spokesperson for the prosecutor's office, said this to Ukrainian News Agency.
"Appeals have been filed," she said.
The Kyiv Appeal Court will consider them in the near future, according to her.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on January 24, 2019, police arrested nine men suspected of attacking journalists of the Stop Corruption television show in Kyiv.
The Holosiivskyi District Court of Kyiv has selected home arrest as a measure of preventive punishment for the suspects.
