For the west of Ukraine they forecast partly cloudy weather, intermittent rain in places at night, intermittent rain in places in the daytime, thunderstorm, east wind of 5-10 m/s. Air temperature at night will stand at +11…+17 degrees, and in the daytime at +21…+27 degrees.
For the Carpathians they forecast intermittent rain in places at night, rain in the daytime, air temperature at night will stand at +10…+15 degrees, and in the daytime at +17…+22 degrees.
For Morshyn they forecast light rain at night, rain in the daytime, air temperature at night will stand at +13…+15 degrees, and in the daytime at +22…+24 degrees.
For Truskavets they forecast light rain at night, rain in the daytime, air temperature at night will stand at +13…+15 degrees, and in the daytime at +22…+24 degrees.
For Svaliava they forecast intermittent rain in places, air temperature at night will stand at +12…+14 degrees, and in the daytime at +22…+24 degrees.
For the north of Ukraine they forecast partly cloudy weather, no precipitations, east wind of 5-10 m/s. Air temperature at night will stand at +11…+18 degrees, and in the daytime at +23…+29 degrees.

For the south of Ukraine they forecast partly cloudy weather, intermittent rain in places, thunderstorm, east wind of 5-10 m/s. Air temperature at night will stand at +14…+20 degrees, and in the daytime at +24…+30 degrees.
For Crimea they forecast partly cloudy weather, no precipitations at night, intermittent rain in places in the daytime, thunderstorm, east wind of 5-10 m/s. Air temperature at night will stand at +15…+20 degrees, and in the daytime at +25…+30 degrees.
For Yalta they forecast no precipitations at night, intermittent rain in places in the daytime. Air temperature at night will stand at +18…+20 degrees, and in the daytime at +26…+28 degrees.
As at 9:00, September 4, water temperature in the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov was +22…+25 degrees, and +23 degrees in the Dnieper river near the banks of Kyiv.
