Total State Debt Down 0.7% To USD 75.7 Billion In July

The total state debt (direct and secured) in July decreased by 0.7% or USD 0.59 billion to USD 75.71 billion (as at July 31, 2018) month over month.

The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine has said this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

As at late July, the state and state-secured debt made UAH 2,025.67 billion or USD 75.71 billion, against UAH 1,998.03 billion or USD 1,998.03 billion month over month.

The total direct state debt as at July 31 made UAH 1,750.39 billion (USD 65.42 billion) against UAH 1,732.10 billion (USD 66.14 billion) month over month.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the total state debt in 2017 rose by 7.5% or USD 5.33 billion to USD 76.31 billion.
