For the west of Ukraine, they forecast partly cloudy weather, no precipitations, north east wind of 3-8 m/s. Air temperature at night will stand at +9…+16 degrees, and in the daytime at +20…+27 degrees.

For the Carpathians, they forecast no precipitations, air temperature at night will stand at +7…+12 degrees, and in the daytime at +14…+19 degrees.

For Morshyn, they forecast no precipitations, air temperature at night will stand at +11…+13 degrees, and in the daytime at +22…+24 degrees.

For Truskavets, they forecast no precipitations, air temperature at night will stand at +10…+12 degrees, and in the daytime at +22…+24 degrees.

For Svaliava, they forecast no precipitations, air temperature at night will stand at +17…+19 degrees, and in the daytime at +29…+31 degrees.

For the north of Ukraine, they forecast partly cloudy weather, no precipitations, north east wind of 3-8 m/s. Air temperature at night will stand at +10…+16 degrees, and in the daytime at +20…+25 degrees.

On August 21, as at 9:00 a.m., water temperature in the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov was +23…+25 degrees, and +25 degrees in the Dnieper river near the banks of Kyiv.
