For the Carpathians, they forecast no precipitations at night, intermittent rain in places in the daytime, thunderstorm, air temperature at night will stand at +12…+17 degrees, and in the daytime at +25…+30 degrees.

At the resorts of the Carpathians region no precipitations at night, intermittent rain in places in the daytime, thunderstorm, in Morshyn air temperature at night will stand at +14…+16 degrees, and in the daytime at +27…+29 degrees; in Truskavets at night at +14…+16 degrees, and in the daytime at +27…+29 degrees; in Svaliava at night at +15…+17 degrees, and in the daytime at +28…+30 degrees.

On August 20, as at 9:00 a.m., water temperature in the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov was +24…+26 degrees, and +25 degrees in the Dnieper river near the banks of Kyiv.
