For the west of Ukraine, they forecast partly cloudy weather, no precipitations, only in the evening intermittent rain in Lviv region, thunderstorm, south wind of 3-8 m/s. Air temperature at night will stand at +12…+19 degrees, and in the daytime at +27…+34 degrees.

For the Carpathians, they forecast no precipitations, air temperature at night will stand at +11…+16 degrees, and in the daytime at +21…+26 degrees.

For Morshyn, they forecast no precipitations, only in the evening intermittent rain in places, thunderstorm, air temperature at night will stand at +16…+18 degrees, and in the daytime at +30…+32 degrees.

For Truskavets, they forecast no precipitations, only in the evening intermittent rain in places, thunderstorm, air temperature at night will stand at +16…+18 degrees, and in the daytime at +30…+32 degrees.

For Svaliava, they forecast no precipitations, air temperature at night will stand at +19…+21 degrees, and in the daytime at +32…+34 degrees.

For the north of Ukraine, they forecast partly cloudy weather, no precipitations, south wind of 3-8 m/s. Air temperature at night will stand at +13…+19 degrees, and in the daytime at +27…+34 degrees.

On August 13, as at 9:00 a.m., water temperature in the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov was +23…+25 degrees, and +24 degrees in the Dnieper river near the banks of Kyiv.
