Four of five major cryptocurrencies are appreciating on Thursday in terms of their capitalization.
Ukrainian News Agency learnt this from the data provided by the CoinMarketCap.
In particular, in the last 24 hours, Bitcoin appreciated by 1.17% to USD 7,700, Ethereum - by 0.44% to USD 610, Ripple - by 0.79% to USD 0.6791, and Bitcoin Cash - by 0.97% to USD 1,100.
At the same time, EOS has cheapened by 0.96% to USD 14.
Capitalization of Bitcoin is USD 131.7 billion, Ethereum - USD 60.9 billion, Ripple - USD 26.6 billion, Bitcoin Cash - USD 19.6 billion and EOS - USD 12.4 billion.
The volume of transactions in the last 24 hours has made: Bitcoin - USD 4.9 billion, Ethereum - USD 1.8 billion, Ripple - USD 0.2 billion, Bitcoin Cash - USD 0.6 billion and EOS - USD 1 billion.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the National Bank of Ukraine, National Commission for Securities and the National Commission for Regulation of Financial Services Markets have refused to recognize cryptocurrencies as a payment instrument, cash equivalent or currencies of any value.
