Appeal Court Confirms Refusal Of Court To Dismiss Odesa Mayor Trukhanov

The Kyiv Appeal Court upheld the decision of Solomianskyi District Court of Kyiv, which refused to remove Hennadii Trukhanov from the post of the mayor of Odesa.

Ukrainian News Agency learned this from the court personnel.

According to him, the decision was made on Tuesday.

He said that in this way the court refused to satisfy the petition of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SACPO).

As Ukrainian News Agency reported, earlier SACPO appealed against the refusal of the court to dismiss the mayor of Odesa Trukhanov.
