President Petro Poroshenko considers that the pace of economic growth in Ukraine is insufficient.
He said this at the press-conference, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
"Still can't get rid of a feeling, that we haven't done all that we could. Yes, we have recuperated an economic growth, plus 2% to the GDP is indeed better that minus 15, but it is obvious that the pace we reached is absolutely inadequate an insufficient to provide a symbolic but yet noticeable growth of wages and pensions," the President said.
According to Poroshenko, poverty and inadequate life quality of major part of Ukrainians make a main challenge for the Ukrainian government.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Poroshenko admits the fact that the life of Ukrainians has not improved.
