The Main Intelligence Department of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine says the FSB of Russia holds joint exercises with militants on filtration of citizens in Donbas.
Spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense Dmytro Hutsuliak announced this at a news briefing, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Main Intelligence Department of the Ministry of Defense has stated that Russia has supplied to the backed by it armed separatist forces in the occupied Donbas technical means for military reconnaissance and radio equipment with a 'humanitarian convoy'.
