3 Of 5 Major Cryptocurrencies Cheapening On Friday

Three of five major cryptocurrencies (in terms of capitalization) are cheapening on Friday.

Ukrainian News agency learnt this from the data posted by CoinMarketCap.

In particular, Ethereum has cheapened by 2.53% to USD 919 and Ripple - by 3.02% to USD 1.12, and Litecoin by 8.92% to USD 213.

In the last 24 hours, Bitcoin has appreciated by 0.74% to USD 9,900, Bitcoin Cash - by 7.17% to USD 1,400.

Bitcoin's capitalization is USD 167 billion, Ethereum - USD 89.7 billion, Ripple - USD 43.6 billion, Bitcoin Cash - USD 24.9 billion, and Litecoin - USD 11.7 billion.

The volume of transactions over the last 24 hours has made USD 8.6billion for Bitcoin, USD 2.8 billion for Ethereum, USD 0.9 billion for Ripple, USD 0.8 billion for Bitcoin Cash and USD 1.4 million for Litecoin.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the National Bank of Ukraine, National Commission for Securities and Stock Market and the National Commission for Regulation of Financial Services Markets have refused to recognize cryptocurrencies as a payment instrument, cash equivalent or currency of any value.
