Former president of Georgia / former chairperson of the Odesa Regional State Administration / leader of the New Forces Movement political party Mikheil Saakashvili asks the District Administrative Court of Kyiv to rule illegal his deportation from Ukraine.
Press service of the court has said this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on February 12, employees of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine deported Saakashvili to the Republic of Poland within the framework of the readmission procedure and Poland accepted him.
