The Sviatoshynskyi District Court of Kyiv has cancelled its decision to question former president of Georgia / former chairperson of the Odesa Regional State Administration / leader of the New Forces Movement political party Mikheil Saakashvili in the case against five former troopers of the Berkut riot police accused of shooting 48 activists of Euromaidan on Instytutska street in Kyiv.
Chief judge Serhii Diachuk said this at the hearing on Tuesday, February 13, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on February 12, border guards sent Saakashvili to the Republic of Poland within the framework of readmission procedure.
On January 31, the court decided to interrogate Saakashvili as a witness in case upon shooting activists of Euromaidan.
