President Petro Poroshenko has congratulated four Ukrainian citizens on their returning to their motherland from captivity in Libya.
The President of Ukraine has written this on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Ukraine recommends that the citizens of Ukraine abstain from visiting Libya due to deterioration of security situation there.
