Court Selects Personal Recognizance For State Audit Service Chairperson Havrylova

The Solomiyanskyi District Court of Kyiv has selected personal recognizance until March 25 as a measure of preventive punishment for to Liudmyla Havrylova, Chairperson of the State Audit Service, suspected of illegal enrichment for UAH 10 million and declaring wrong information.

The court made the decision on Thursday, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

The court refused to select a bail of UAH 1.8 million for her.

The court obliged the Chairperson of the State Audit Service to give her foreign passports.

Thus, the court partially satisfied the motion of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on January 23, 2018, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office and the National Anticorruption Bureau of Ukraine (NACB) served a notice of suspicion to Liudmyla Havrylova, Chairperson of the State Audit Service, suspected of illegal enrichment for UAH 10 million and declaring wrong information.
