The Solomiyanskyi District Court of Kyiv has provided the National Anticorruption Bureau of Ukraine (NACB) with access to information about mobile phone talks of wife of Verkhovna Rada member Ihor Mosiichuk (the faction of the Radical Party of Oleh Liashko) within a case on possible illegal enrichment of the MP and declaring incorrect information.

This is said in documents of the court, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

The pre-trial investigation has established that Ihor Mosiichuk purchase a house in the village of Bilohorka (Kyiv region) in 2015. The house was registered for his driver.

Ihor Mosiichuk denies having purchased the house.

According to the State Fiscal Service, Ihor Mosiichuk's driver did not have enough incomes in 2011-2016 to pay for the house.

The detective insisted that Ihor Mosiichuk and his wife moved to live to this house no later than December 2016. They live in the house now, according to the detective.

The court partially satisfied the motion of the NACB and provided the NACB with access to information about mobile phone talks of wife of MP Mosiichuk for the period from December 26, 2016, until January 1, 2018.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in December 2017, the NACB and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office searched associates of member of the Ukrainian Parliament of the Radical Party faction Ihor Mosiichuk in the case upon alleged e-declaring violations and unlawful enrichment.
