Former head of the National Agency for Prevention of Corruption (NAPC)'s Financial Control and Monitoring of Lifestyle Department Hanna Solomatina has asked the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv to reinstate her in position.
She has posted this on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Solomatina says, neither date nor time of the claim consideration have been scheduled yet.
Under the court materials, Solomatina has also asked the court to order the collection of wages for the time of forced truancy from the NAPC.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in November 2017, Solomatina accused the leadership of the NAPC of falsifying the verification of public officials' electronic asset declarations
In October 2017, Solomatina voluntarily resigned from her position.
