Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Poland Andrii Deshchytsia states that approximately 1 million Ukrainians migrated to Poland.
Deshchytsia said this to journalists, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The ambassador described this as a positive factor for the Poland's economy.
Deshchytsia also pre-announced a visit of Deputy Prime Minister Pavlo Rozenko to Poland in January to discuss the matters concerning preservation of places of historic heritage of both Ukraine and Poland.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on January 11, Deputy Foreign Minister Vasyl Bondar and Ambassador of Poland to Ukraine Jan Pieklo discussed the question of Ukrainian trade migrants.
