A legal defense team of Deputies Chairperson of the Crimean Tatar Mejlis Ilmi Umerov and Ahtem Ciygoz demands from the Administration of the President of Russia to provide information about the amnesty orders.
Lawyer Mykola Polozov wrote this on Twitter, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
In particular, Polozov wrote that withholding amnesty orders from the public contradicts the Russian Constitution (Section 2, Article 24).
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on October 25, Ciygoz and Umerov were released from criminal prosecution and transferred to Turkey as a result of personal negotiations between President of Turkey Recep Erdogan and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
