Constitutional Court Declares Unconstitutional And Voids Law On Expelling MP Candidates From Party Lists After Election

The Constitutional Court of Ukraine has declared unconstitutional and voided the Law of Ukraine on expelling MP candidates from election party lists after election.

Press-service of the court has said this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

The ruling cannot be appealed against.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in March 2016, a total of 49 MPs addressed the Constitutional Court requesting to declare unconstitutional the law expelling MP candidates after election.
