NACB Serves Judge Of Higher Administrative Court Holiashkin With Charge Papers

The National Anticorruption Bureau (NACB) has served judge of the Higher Administrative Court Oleh Holiashkin with charge papers.

Press service of the Bureau has said this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

The charge papers were served under Article 366-1 (declaration of unfair information) of the Penal Code of Ukraine.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on August 9, the NACB searched the office of judge Holiashkin.
