The Holosiivskyi District Court of Kyiv has prolonged the arrest of two suspects of involvement in assassination of former member of the State Duma, the lower house of the Federal Assembly (Russian Parliament), Denis Voronenkov until February 13, 2018.
Press service of the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office has said this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Prosecutor General's Office (PGO) requests the Russian Federation to extradite to Ukraine a suspect of the contract murder of Voronenkov, Vladimir Tiurin.
Voronenkov was assassinated by the killer in downtown Kyiv on March 23, 2017.
