Weighted Average Buckwheat Prices Down 7% To UAH 18.4 Per Kilo November 10 - December 11

In the period of November 10 - December 11, the weighted average prices for buckwheat decreased by 6.75% or UAH 1.33 to UAH 18.36 per kilo.

The State Statistics Service has said this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

The prices for pasta increased by 0.9% or UAH 0.09 to UAH 9.95 per kilo; for wheat flour rose by 2.2% or UAH 0.22 to UAH 10.02 per kilo; for rice fell by 0.8% or UAH 0.16 to UAH 19.88 per kilo.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in the early 2017 (as at January 10), the prices for these products were as following: for buckwheat - UAH 28.87 per kilo, for pasta - UAH 9.66 per kilo, for wheat flour - UAH 8.78 per kilo and for rice - UAH 16.56 per kilo.
